CNMI PSS Now Accepting Applications for Head Start/Early Head Start Program for the 2024-2025 school year

The CNMI PSS Head Start/Early Head Start Program is now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year.

Head Start/Early Head Start is a free early childhood program for eligible families with young children. Services for children and families include early learning and development, family partnerships and well-being, health and wellness, disability services, and mental health services.

Head Start serves pre-school children ages 3 – 4 years old on Saipan, Tinian and Rota. Early Head Start serves infants and toddlers ages 6 weeks – 36 months on Saipan.

To be considered for an enrollment slot at the opening of the 2024-2025 school year, please submit your child's application before the end of the initial application period on June 14, 2024. The program will continue to accept applications on an ongoing basis after the initial recruitment period for placement on our waitlist.

Applications may be submitted by email to hsehs@cnmips.org or in person at the following locations:

Head Start Main Office - Building 1256, Capitol Hill, Saipan
Tinian Head Start Center
Rota Head Start Center
Additional Pop-Up locations will be announced through email and our social media pages

Upon application submission, families must complete an intake interview as required by program regulations.
