    To: All Bidders
         Please be informed of the following questions received and the Public School System's responses to the above-referenced IFB. This response is to provide clarification to the questions received from the Bidders, as listed below.
    Vendors are encouraged to conduct a site visit to ensure that all questions and concerns are addressed.
    Site and Environment
    Q-1. What is the approximate outdoor area size in square meters or the field dimensions?
    A-1  A site visit is recommended to accurately determine the area size and requirements.

    Q-2. Is the coverage requirement uniform or focused toward a stage or assembly area?
    A-2 Coverage will be focused toward the stage/field. A site visit is recommended.

    Q-3. Will the system be used on a flat field, a covered court, or multiple locations?
    A-3 The system will be used on a field. A site visit is recommended.

    Power and Infrastructure
    Q-4. What is the available power source on site (voltage, outlets, distance from setup point)?
    A-4 A site visit is recommended to assess available power sources and setup distance.

    Q-5. Are generators expected to be used during events?
    A-5 No.

    Q-6. Are there weather exposure risks such as rain, high humidity, or salt air, requiring equipment with an IP rating? Or will it only be used in fair weather and stored immediately after?
    A-6 Yes, weather protection is required.

    Q-7. Is there a requirement for battery backup or fully battery-powered operation?
    A-7 No.

    Usage Scenarios
    Q-8. What is the primary use case (assemblies, sports events, ceremonies, emergency announcements, or all)?
    A-8 All.

    Q-9. What are the expected music playback sources (phone, laptop, USB drive, or dedicated media player)?
    A-9 Laptops and phones.

    Q-10. Is speech intelligibility prioritized over music performance, or should it be balanced?
    A-10 Balanced.

    Portability and Storage
    Q-11. Where will the system be stored when not in use? Indoor storage room or outdoor shed?
    A-11 Stored indoors in the stage area storage room.

    Q-12. What is the maximum acceptable weight per component for two staff to carry?
    A-12 Approximately 50 lbs.

    Q-13. Are stairs involved in transport or only flat ground?
    A-13 Yes, stairs are involved.

    Q-14. What is the preferred transport method (wheeled rack, rolling cases, or separate lightweight units)?
    A-14 Wheeled transport is preferred.

    Wireless Microphone Considerations
    Q-15. Are there any existing wireless systems on campus that may cause RF interference?
    A-15 No.

    Q-16. What is the required operating distance from stage to receiver during events?
    A-16 A site visit is recommended to determine appropriate distance.

    Q-17. Is there a need for rechargeable microphones versus disposable batteries?
    A-17 Yes, rechargeable microphones are preferred.

    Audio Control and Ease of Use
    Q-18. What is the preferred mixer type: fully manual controls or simple preset operation?
    A-18 Fully manual.

    Q-19. Will non-technical staff operate the system regularly?
    A-19 Yes.

    To All Bidders:
    This Addendum is hereby issued to provide notice of the additional scope of work as stated below.
    All Bidders must indicate in their bid submission the following.
    • Brand Name
    • Model Number
    • Data Sheet and the Manufacturer’s Brochure
    • Bid Submission - Assign a Unit Cost for each piece of equipment, inclusive of the materials and Supplies.
