    Description:

    PROVIDE AND INSTALL 62 UNITS OF UV-C DISINFECTING LIGHTING SYSTEMS FOR CNMI PSS CAFETERIAS

    Instructions:

    The Project Plans and Specifications will be available beginning October 30, 2020 at Pacific Quick Print in Middle Road, Garapan for a fee of $16.80.

    A Mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 9:00 am. All interested parties are requested to meet at the Chacha Ocean View Middle School Cafeteria. Attendees must adhere to the “No Mask, No Entry” COVID-19 Policy.  Bids will not be accepted from any bidder who does not attend this mandatory meeting. Questions must be in writing and addressed to Mrs. Lillian T. Gumba, Interim PSS Procurement & Supply, via fax at 664-3840 or email to lillian.gumba@cnmipss.org no later than 4:00 p.m. November 12, 2020. Response to questions will be no later than 4:30 p.m., November 17, 2020.

    Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope marked “IFB 21-006” containing one (1) original with three (3) copies and submitted to the PSS Procurement & Supply Office, no later than November 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., at which time, bids will be publicly opened. The selected bidder will be subject to a Responsibility Determination pursuant to PSS Procurement Regulation Section § 60-40-240.  Any bids received after the aforementioned date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances.
