ROTA PARTNERS. Public School System officials led by Education Commissioner, Dr. Rita A. Sablan met with Rota leaders on the Rota schools and the upcoming opening of the new school year 2011-2012. Held at the junior high school, education leaders were joined by Mayor Melchor Mendiola, Municipal Council Chairman George G. Hocog with Steven Mesngon and Prudencio Manglona, Jr., Office of Cong. Gregorio Kilili Sablan Rota representative Harry A. Masga, and Kayla Mesngon from the office of Rep. Teresita Santos. Joining the education commissioner is her leadership team that includes federal program officier Tim Thornburgh, budget director Richard Waldo, Principal Jonas M. Barcinas, Glenn Muna, Vanessa Hocog, Sharlene Manglona and Annete Calvo, program managers Lynette Villagomez, Steve Smith and Brian Torres, assistant human resource director Coreen Palacios, and associate commissioner Jackie Quitugua.
